The Pertracker system offers a number of business tools to assist with most areas of business management, sales, purchasing, marketing, recruitment and support.

Each tool is listed into different sections to provide ease of use and management (sections listed below).

The Pertracker benefits include the fact that you can manage the relevant areas of your business at anytime that suits you 24/7, rather than squeezing everything into a typical 8/9 hour day, Monday to Friday.

You can access and integrate with a larger range of potential customers, suppliers and professionals and become part of a unique system that will maximise profits, lower costs and relieve your time constraints.

Advertise your purchase requirements without having to take those numerous phone calls and sales visits from company representatives. Ask for prices on a product or service without revealing your identity!

Let suitable suppliers find your enquiry, who can submit quotations and try to outbid other suppliers. This ensures you get the best price available. Suppliers can also ask questions on your requirement to ensure they quote like-for-like which you can respond to. You can also use this service to gauge whether your current suppliers are giving you the best deals.

Once your purchase enquiry has reached its expiry date, you then have 10 days to review the submitted prices and select a 'Choice Supplier'. Your acknowledgement, along with your email address will then be sent to your chosen supplier for them to contact you direct to continue private discussions outside of the Pertracker facility.

You can review comments and ratings for each supplier that submits a quotation to ensure they are a reputable and reliable company.

Search and quote for real-time sales leads relative to your business. View prices submitted from your competition for the same item or service, helping you understand what price to pitch so you can win the business order. Question and answer section for each purchase enquiry to ensure all suppliers are working from the same brief.

Should you be successful with your bid(s), you will be appointed the customers 'Choice Supplier' and the enquiry will be closed, and stored in your 'Win Section' of your Pertracker facility - you will then have access to the contact details of the new customer for you to contact direct, so you can tie-up the deal outside of the Pertracker facility and make any final arrangements.

Your company details will automatically be listed in the supplier directory section - A brief description of your company, email and website link, ratings where customers have rated your company on a scale of 1-5, plus a comment section for others to submit comments on your service.

The higher your rating, the higher you will be listed in the directory and more likely to be found by a potential new customer. You also have the facility to remove any comments posted by others - we understand that an unscrupulous competitor may submit unnecessary negative comments about your service.

The Networking section enables you to search for a person from a particular company that is already registered with the Pertracker facility. You can then send a request to an individual to become a contact, and enjoy one-to-one private conversations.

This facility can be used for enjoyment purposes with other colleagues or friends from other companies, but also if you need information or advice from an experienced person (such as an accountant from a large commercial operation), or to approach a company sales representative to enquire about their services.

Most businesses have questions on various topics that occasionally pop up, and can only be answered by either researching the internet for hours, or seeking costly professional advice.

The Pertracker Forums are a place to post any questions you may have relating to business, such as 'what is the minimum wage?', 'what is a blister pack and who supplies them?', or 'I am going to be late with my VAT payment, what's the best way to handle it?' etc.

You should then receive answers from other business representatives on your topic. You too can also answer any posts from other businesses should you know the answer. By providing answers to the forums, you will promoting your business and could gain possible future business.

All registered companies of the Pertracker facility can advertise unlimited job vacancies to a growing number of jobseekers.

The Pertracker jobs are automatically advertised on our sister site, The Jobstracker. There, candidates can log in and upload their CV, profile, history and job requirements. Once a candidate applies for your vacancy, their details will be listed in your job responses for you to review and consider.

The benefit of the Pertracker system is that you can move each application into a short-listed, rejected or approved section. Each time you move a candidate into a section, the person will receive a polite message advising them of your decision - no need to contact each of your candidates to let them know your decision, as the Pertracker system has already advised them.

Whilst vacancies will only be displayed for 30 days, you can however save any re-occurring jobs as a template which can be activated at any time.

Create simple newsletters and RSS feeds (blogs) allowing others to subscribe and follow your progress/updates. These can be used for recreational purposes, such as your personal journals whilst at work, or for more professional marketing purposes to capture the interest of potential customers who will receive your information on a regular basis.
