You can then contact your successful applicants to arrange interviews etc.
If your company has various departments and management, you can issue each person with their own login details to access your member pages on the Pertracker facility to manage their various roles.
Once a member of the Pertracker facility, your company profile, links to your website and email address can be accessed by all registered companies to view and contact you. Potential suppliers can quote for your purchase requirements in an 'auction style' environment whilst you sit back and watch the bids coming in. Once your purchase enquiry has expired, you can then select a supplier (if any), and contact them direct for final negotiations outside of the Pertracker system. As more than one supplier may be following your enquiry, you can also ask if your specification is suitable, or if any cheaper alternatives are available. Taking advice from a number of different suppliers, rather than one will give you more options to decide from (if a cheaper alternative is applicable).
Manage all of your recruitment needs by advertising any number of one-off or re-occurring vacancies to a wide range in jobseekers. Interested candidates will apply for your vacancy through our sister site, The Jobs Tracker, with a one-click application. You will then receive their introductory comments, history, profile, CV and contact details. As you can advertise more than one vacancy at a time, the Pertracker recruitment system will store all applicants within the same file as your vacancy, so you know who has applied for which job. You can then start to segregate each applicant into short-list, rejected, or approved files. Every time you move an application into a file, a polite automated message will be sent to the candidate advising of your action - no need for you to contact or update anyone.
