 Flexible Screening Options

Choose the approach that works best for you: manage your applicants directly through the platform, or let our experienced administrators handle the process on your behalf.

If you’d prefer to manage screening yourself but feel unsure about using a new system, we can manage your applicants temporarily while you get familiar. During this time, you’ll have full read-only access to monitor progress and learn how everything works. When you’re ready, you can seamlessly transition to managing your own screening.

 Start Screening

Each applicant requires a screening package, tailored to include all the necessary checks.

Simply enter the applicant’s name, contact details, and required checks, then submit. The system will automatically invite the applicant to register and securely provide the information needed based on your selected checks.

To streamline future processes and reduce errors, you can create and save reusable screening templates.

You’ll be notified once the applicant has submitted all required information, allowing you to initiate checks with a single click. When all checks are complete, a final report will be generated for you to download and store for your records.

Any delays—such as applicants taking too long to register or provide information—will be clearly highlighted in an overdue section, making it easy to track and follow up.
